How are they getting away with this! You buy a house with all the dreams in the world, make it a home and have some company who cannot account for anything put you at risk to lose it.
This is unbelievable and they make no sense at all. We have had one problem after another. The only way you can contact them is by phone and that is a joke. You never get the same person and they transfer you half a dozen times.
We have made payments, withdrawed from our bank and they have no record of it. Then this company debits our account without our approval! We have closed our account in order to stop them. Then they have no record of the payment they took out without our knowledge. We have had to go to the extreme of sending a money gram so that that could not access our account.
This company has added an escrow three times to our loan; stating that we did not have homeowners insurance. I have worked for the same company since 2005, I have Met Life and it automatically deducted from my paycheck. I have contacted my insurance company and they have sent it to Nationstar on my behalf, several times.
They have contacted us on many occasions saying that we are behind. Then we spend weeks mailing, faxing and calling them to straighten it out. Of course, you never speak to the same person, ever! Therefore, you start over repeatedly.
This company has destroyed our credit so bad that we cannot refinance. We have spoken to other lenders and they are in complete disbelief; when we tell them what this company is doing.
My husband and I have put everything we have in this home I will be dammed, if I let this company take it due to pure recklessness. On the other hand we will get things straighten up and a month later we slapped with these fake fees. So what is a homeowner to do? What can we do? Just read the comments everyone writes. It's all the same thing and this is just the ones who find this site.
I am at my breaking point!

I can understand your pain. Im an ex-employee and know what goes on there. I spent 10yrs of my life with that company only to be throw out on the street when things got bad. but all the top brass keep there jobs and there big salary's. SO, lets make them run. Get a copy of your credit report from all 3 credit company's. After you get them start writing letters to the credit companys that the info is incorrect. You see, every time they get a letter they have to send NationStar a copy. NationStar has 30 days to prove that its correct info they are filing. If they don't it will come off your credit. You can do this yourself so don't hire anyone to-do it. 5 or 6 letter a day, everyday for as longs as you want. and everytime they will have to have someone run around pulling all your info. there file room is very big. to get the file they have to send a file request, then someone has to pull it. then they have to make copy's of your pay history and then send the letter to the credit company and send the file back to the file room. but, the Nationstar is very un-orginazed. one person will get your file, put it on there desk and it will sit for sometime. then the next person will have to track it down, and so on.If it doesn't help your credit then at least you know that they had to put some work into it. and were under the gun to get it done with in the time frame.

Dear Tbella: Did you read all of the articles Magazines, newpapers, periodicals, etc. saying that it is believed to be reasons of many due to the mismangement crisis & irresponsibilities that have been set forth that a stripping of License in May of 2009 is expected to take place. No license to conduct business under the rules of a state than it is perceived that no license = no busines= no income, etc.! God Bless YOU!

Hello, sorry to here what Nationstar did to you all. They did us wrong as well. We contacted our State Corppration Comission, HUD, and the Texas BBB. Also we wrote a letters to our Senators and the housing and banking committee. Nationstar is a very bad company. Thanks. Luray,VA
