Nationstar Mortgage Nationstar tries to stop your paymnet Irving Texas

BOF sold my mortgage to Nationstar in April od 2014. In Nov I was told my mortgage was not payed in Oct, I said I had paid and I couldn'tunderstand why . I later found that it was sent back ,i asked why I wasn't notified before and didn't get a reply , I sent a check for both and found they paid one and applied another to my principal . then was still 1 behind .I recieved a leter saying I was behind .Sawa lawyer and headvised me to pay anoher payment and be sure to spesify whereit was to be applied . Next time I called,they hung up on me a couple of times . I used someones elses phone and got through . i told the Rep i was taping the comversation and would call the TV ststion and my lawyer if they hung up , I WAS LISTENED TO ! Now each time I call I have to do the same thing each time .i saw on the backof the mortgage payment that they willrun your check through the automated payment  and then destroy your check . If you pay the automated way you run the risk of not havinf proofthat you paid because they can put your payment anywhere the wish . the only way to make sure you have proof of payment is to record your conversation and make sure you say pay my{ ie. Feb payment } get the reps name and ID# . Then get your confirmation # or reference #. you will pay a $15.00 but it's the only way you have proof. I hope someone will take this company down ! Maybe there will be a class action suit soon !                                                                                                                                              Kay
