Dear Idaho resident: The attorney you have now, get rid of him/her at once! No attorney should have any fear and/or qualms to fight for a client especially if that client has not committed any wrong-doings! Although, we do understand even for an attorney to come forth there is most likely to be some jitters! There has been a documented law case of where a 6.4 billion dollar company represented by famous attorney against a defendant (Foreclosure action) where the defendant answered lawsuit of what is labeled as PRO SE (?) (= answered by one's self/We think this is how you say it, we are not lawyers) but the company and attorney for that company, lost in the end after a miserable dragged out long battle! From Biblical times David did become victorious over Goliath! You must find another attorney at once, if you can manage it! There are free consultations by attorneys everywhere! You must ask this question: Question: Mr./Ms. Attorney, if somebody had accused you of something so horrible & threatened to ruin your credit for life when you sir/madam know that you did not do any wrong-doing wouldn't you sir/madam stand up for yourself & fight for your reputation & credit to clear your honorable name that you spent a lifetime building? The answer should be a resounding, Yes! If they do not respond without an immediate YES, no hesitation whatsoever, then walk away at once. If they say they have to think about it, if they have say I would need more info than what they are accused of, walk away! If any attorney tells another that the company/attorney for company is too big, too powerful, too wealthy, too anything, and you waste time and/or money to fight, walk away from that attorney at once! A victim who wants to legally fight for JUSTICE, must stand up and fight! YOU MUST! Daniel is right, do not allow any of these companies, or banks stomp on Americans!
