He demands $2,000.00 in advance, has you sign an ambiguos agreement and then takes your money and runs. What a nut case, this guys starts emailing your employees and staff in an attempt to discredit the employer.
When you demand performance or a refund, the guy goes balistic on you. He has emailed or called every officer and manager with our firm trying to rally them against me, a Chief Compliance Officer.
The telemarketing scripts that he uses if he ever does make an attempt to set an appointment, is fraudulant and will certainally subject his clients to potential regulatory action if they proceed forward.
Don't give this scumbag a single cent of your money.
