After seeing a commercial on TV we called the 800 number and received a package that explained my $15,995 investment. We then had a conversation with Mr. Grover Steward, who convinced us that they would place the machine within 2-weeks if we acted ASAP. It was to be a turnkey operation. They (Nationwide) would place and install the Kiosk in a high traffic location, but this never happened.

Two-weeks after paying $15,995, we got the run around from Mr. Grover Steward, Mr. Rick Osorio, and Mr. Bart Pemberton, and the story changed to that they now needed a minimum of 30-days and upwards to 45-days to find and place the machine.

After two months (60-days) we contacted the offices of Farris and Bart Pemberton (Pres & VP respectively), Grover Steward (Marketing), and Rick Osorio (Location Mgr) for a full refund per their Purchase order Terms and Conditions, which states: Conditions Under Which You May Terminate, You may terminate the Purchase Order, in writing, if you have not received the machine within forty-five (45) days of the stated delivery date. "

It's now 120-days+ after paying $15,995, and we have not received our fund as yet or received a courtesy call or letter.

We are completely frustrated, after writing and calling on several occasions without getting any response.

We regret dealing with these people, and hope to have satisfaction sooner than later. I hope this is a complete misunderstanding and this can be settled amicably.
