After doing some research I did not find anything showing any relations I have or had with either company, so I looked further to find that these two companies are known for scamming people with threats of negative credit reporting.
The first clue that made me doubt the legality of this notice is the 'formal' name they used in the address.
I never ever use that name, so that was a big red flag.My question to everyone, especially AG's in FL & CA (state where Fidelity is from) is why is this form of extortion not punished the same way extortion from individuals is punished?
