He is committing fraud guaranteeing they will set appointments 1 per hour and yet not doing it.

In 5 months he has not set any qualified appointments. When I asked him for a return of my money, he said no way. He has no plans of living up to his guarantee. If you are lucky you will get one appointment.

After going on the internet, and researching this con-man, I have multiple financial advisors telling me he has no intent of returning their money. Not only that, he tries to ask them for a bonus on any business they do. That is Theft by Trickery.

A court hearing date has been set for him August 25, 2006. If you would like to attend, please respond to this webpage, I will get a notice of it via this company website.

This particular service is Simple....Some Leads are Good and Some are Not.........

In this case, keep in mind, George has an assistant that forwards on his available scheduele.

Not knowing anything about his outlook on my company, George has assistant Trisha forward on his scheduele as if nothing is wrong!

How DISHONEST is that......As My Telemarketing reps & Myself are trying to get george a lead???

And yes, in Georges case the Response from prospects have not been that great......

On the other hand, George was referred to me by another agent...............

And in closing the terms and conditions according to george's contract do Not expire for Approx. another 30 days......If Goerge had Not taken this route, Who is to say a Good lead and a Sale could Not be made? If a sale is made I am a hero, otherwise i am a bad guy...................

You be the judge.....Plus I NEVER said I would Not work out a refund, only the contract agreement is 6 months........Now, Unless this False report is Not removed, How can I in Good Faith give George a Refund???
