This is the email I sent to NLS on May 1, 2009. I had not recieved any refund except wierd excuses from Maher and pleadings to let him continue my cases "allow him to use me as an example"..
There is now a sale date for first week of June now for Dunnigan and Hurley homes.
Yourself and Brenda told me initially, and all subsequently, that you can do things to help stop my foreclosure process plus help me get back the house that was already foreclosed on, prior me signing up and all during, and you required that I pay your up front retainer of $2500 before any work could be started, on March 25, 2009.
You haven't done anything, except erase all the emails of documents I scanned per your request at starting the service and during. You said you'd need all those things to fight the foreclosure but you erased them.
I do not see anything you have done to actively stop my foreclosure nor have you done what you were contracted to do.
I have sent many emails questioning the status of your work on my file- you reply that it's completed ( but nothing is ever produced) or you say that you emailed it to me and didn't I get it? -and when I answer "no" you don't resend it as you say you would.
You have never appointed a time to go over each property with me to make any progress towards completion. When I call you, you would cut the conversation short and ask me to call you back at a certain times and when I did you were never available or were not in. Or, you would say that you will call back and never do.
I want a full refund of the $2500 I paid to you. All it got me was wasted time
and closer to the sale date.
I am terminating my contractual relationship with NLS and expect a full refund. If I do not receive my money back within 3 business days I will begin to file complaints.
I perceive and see evidence that your promises to deliver are lacking and not in good faith.
