I got a call from an area code of 213. I always ask for a name and the name of the company and their return contact number. First off, the area code my "agent" provided was different than the one on my caller id. Second, there were two different names of the company. I basically had to pay a voluntary resistution of 6 10 not $610 by 12pm. My "agent" called me at 10:07am. If I was not going to pay, she said "best of luck" to me because I would have to wait for my court date and deal with the judge and deal with a $3500 fine. I asked for more info about the company she was calling from and she couldn't provide a website because "it wasn't necessary" . She said that it clearly states in my letter of verification which she was willing to send to my email to see for myself. Really?! I thought it was just crazy she said 6 10 and not the actual amount in dollar form. This actually the second time something like this happend to me. I can't recall the name of the company but all i know is that when i called the company after i "settled my debt" , the number was disconnected. SMH
