I wish I had researched this company more closely but at the time was under a tremendous time constraint and this company advised they could accommodate the time frame I needed. What a mistake. The movers that picked up the furniture and delivered it seemed personable and competent but while in storage at one of their warehouses only god and the idiots that work there knows what went on. All the furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and taped well. All this must have been undone while in storage as so many items were gouged, broken, scratched, cracked, you name it. When I try to contact the person responsible for claims, I was advised she was out on maternity leave. Asked for her backup but no one ever called back. After many attempts the woman responsible for claims finally emails me back. After several failed attempts for them to send the correct claim form, I finally get it. Only to find out they want original receipts for all damaged furniture. Maybe some do but after a yr or so and no issues with the furniture I didnt see the need to keep these. Plus some of the damaged items were antiques handed down within the family. Ahhh,,,how do you get a receipt for this ? Long story short, filled out the claim, attached pictures and havent heard from them for 2 months now. They will tell you all the right things when you call them for a quote but you have been for warned. They do not care about you or your furniture once they have your money. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!!  Unless you want the same headaches and heartaches from treasure items destroyed.
