Nationwide biweekly Administration The Nationwide Biweekly Adminstration automatic withdraw $462.77 from my checking account but didnot pay to my mortgage lender. When I called for cancel on 3/12/2012 the Nationwide Biweekly was refund Xenia, Ohio

I enrolled to Nationwide Biweekly Administration for biweekly mortgage payment to my lender. On 3/2/12 The Nationwide biweekly was automatic withdrawn $462.77 from my checking for biweekly payment to my Mortgage account. But My mortgage lender sent me the Statement payment  to let me know that the Mortgage didnot receive the payment $462.77 from Nationwide biweekly.
On 3/12/2012  Morning at 9:00 am,  I was called directed to Nationwide biweekly  requested  for cancel the enrollment and asked for refund $462.77.  The Nationwide biweekly was refund back to my checking account $254.63 and still hold on $208.14. I asked them why they do not refund whole amount of $462.77. They said that $208.14 is fees for enrollment.  This is very ripoff. Because in Nationwide biweekly letter send to my home asking for enrollment Biweekly payment didnot show enrollement fees $208.14. Who is enrollment for biweekly payment with the fees $208.14.

I am asking ripoff Report helping me to fight back to Nationwide Biweekly Administration for get back my refung $208.14.
