Ordered a product from the company called organic products llc 1 month ago have not received it Tried to contact them and their live help doesn't work. The telephone number that they give you to call thats supposed to be open from 9 to 9 Mon. thru Fri. only gives you a message stating that the mail box is full and no response from the numerous e-mails i have left either. But my money was debited a month ago. When you place your order with them they will send you a conformation e-mail that says Charles Finwick organic products. This is no way to do legitimate business. The least they could do if maybe they were out when you ordered is tell you just that and they will have to backorder it. But they dont they just grab your money and leave you hanging. They also state on their website that they have a fullfillment center in traverse city michigan. Buyer beware. You will get taken trust me!
