Natural Body Scape, LLC The company honors returns performed correctly but doesn't have a policy to refund postage when a mistake is made. Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

On July 2nd I attempted to have my reward of a $500 Target gift card sent to me.  When I followed the instructions, the first screen stated that I only had to accept two offers in order to recieve the $500 card.  When I was finished with what I believed to be my only task in this offer from Target, I hit the online area designated to allow the card processing to continue.  I was then directed to fill out nine offers.  Natural Body Scape LLC was one of the first offers.  I called the company on July 3rd, told them of this incident and advised them to terminate their contract with Target when legally possible to keep themselves free of any wrong in association with Target's promotional efforts as they are very misleading as to what exactally needs to be done to recieve a stated gaurenteed gift card already won.  I found out that my order had been processed.  The telemarketer had explained that she could not authorize a refund for the shipping of the Green Tea, but that she could end any future transactions (product or membership) and not charge me for the product if returned intact.  There is a process that must be followed within two weeks so as not to be charged for the product. 

My complaint is simply this.  Although Natural Body Scape LLC doesn't control how Target promotes the products associated with giving people a gift card, it would be wise for Natural Body Scape LLC to refund all sums associated with processing a gift card and to terminate its contract as soon as legally possible and to ask for all monies spent on shipping so that the company itself and potential customers are not affected by the deceitful actions started by Target, a company Natural Body Scape LLC uses to promote their products.
