I was billed $71.40 for a newsletter, on 3/31/06, that I didn't order, i only ordered the book.
I called and they said they would issue a refund to my credit card.
Well i call every week and they keep saying i should have had it already, but 3 months letter, no refund. the keep reprocessing it, but still no refund.
They refuse to give me the phone number, address or email for corporate, they just say it has been forwarded to them.
