Back on July 4, 2007 my mother was charged $19.90 for 2 Natural Cures books she ordered and received. Since then she has not requested nor received any additional books yet has been charged $9.95 each month. To date, through the November 2, 2008 charge, she has paid $159.20 for two books! Something is wrong here! I had left a message at the Natural Cures phone numbers listed on the credit card under the Transaction Detail 800-259-1882 and followed the instructions on the voice message to contact customersupport@itvcorporate.com and customersupport@itvdirect.com and never received a response. My mother is 84 years old, on a fixed income. Because 2 of these $9.95 charges (on 10/05 and 11/02) showed up on her most recent credit card statement she finally realized something is wrong and asked for my help. I went to the Credit Card customer service and finally was able to get help to figure out what these monthly charges are that continue to appear on my mother's credit card. It's for a monthly newsletter that is e-mailed to her. Since the original book order back in July 2007 she has not received anything e-mailed or otherwise that would be cause for her to be charged $9.95 each month. She has never owned a computer or had an e-mail address! She is being charged for something she does not receive! I was able to "Cancel" the newsletter charges at cancel@naturalcures.com however, I am still persuing a credit or refund for all the unathorized monthly $9.95 charges.
