I purchased a set of procedures through Living Social.  All money must be paid upfront.  I went through a few rounds of procedures, each time, paying ahead for the services.  This was to "lock in" the special pricing. 

The staff made promises to me at the last sessions in October 2012.  Elese and Rebecca said I would be getting 12 sessions, in fact they added another session on to make up for the one procedure I had to miss due to my work schedule.  I didn't expect any money back for that one session, as it was my fault.

At the end of October, I purchased another round of sessions (9) for $549.  I paid the $549 upfront as normal.  The staff was to delay my scheduling for the last round for three weeks.  They scheduled me for the second week in November.  They did not schedule me for the other 4 freebies.  However, this was not the first time Elese and Rebecca gave false promises.  When I got the schedule emailed to me 11/5/2012, they changed the times normally available, and on days I specifically stated I could not do. 

I asked for a refund of my $549 due to the scheduling issues, and to this date have not received my $549.  I did not miss any appointments, in fact never began this session due to the lies of the staff.  I gave my notice and request in writing via email. 

This company is a fraud, they say things to keep you coming back, and refuse to refund money for services never done.  I have been calling 3 times a week to get my refund, but no refund.  I promised them I would report them on the internet, but they don't care.  I will be taking they to court for the money, court cost, etc.  But, I want all clients to be aware this is a company that steals money and keeps money for doing absolutely, NOTHING.

The staff are liars.  This makes Dr. Kevin Saver a liar, too.
