On 2/18/09, after researching the company and found no negative complaints, I purchased a LadyComp equipment from Natural Methods using their monthly payment option -$130 down and $37.50 monthly (PayPal is the only payment method offered). On 2/25/09, Natural Methods approved my order and sent me an email stating that my item will be shipped to me approximately 3 to 4 weeks (was on back order). On 4/3/09, I still did not get my order so I decided to send Natural Methods an order status request using their online form (this is the recommended way for customer to request order status). On 4/16/ 09, I sent another email using their online form and and also called them only to be attended by a voice mail so I left a message message. On 4/23/09, I sent another online form and left another phone message. I also sent a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As of today's date, April 30, 2009, I received no respond from Natural Methods and no matter what time of the day, I continue to get a voicemail. I tired to file a dispute with PayPal for my $130 but PayPal said it has expired the 45days grace period so I have to contact Natural Methods directly. I was able to file a dispute for my March and April charge. However, not sure if Natural Methods will respond either. I probably going to just file fraud with my credit card company.
In total, I lost $205 and a lot of time with Natural Methods. This company offers the worst customer service. I heard some people did have to wait months for their order but a responsible company should at least RESPOND to a customer or just send out an email telling them about their order. After all, the dam equipment cost nearly $600!!!! TWO MONTHS of waiting with no responds and a lot of headaches trying to get my money back is not worth the trouble of this so called NATURAL BIRTH CONTROL - lady-comp, ladycomp. If anyone wants something much more reliable, try other options.
