CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD
If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

We would like you to know that we have read your complaint and appreciate your feedback. We have had an overwhelming response to our products and have been back ordered on some products which have caused them to be shipped late. We have taken steps to rectify all of these issues and, as of this writing, all orders are being shipped within 48 hours. We also would appreciate it if you contacted us before youcontact your credit card company because as stated in this complant, it could take up to 6 months for a dispute to be handled, whereas if you have a legitimate complaint, we can discuss it and if need be issue the refund that day although the banks have up to three to five days (some take a little longer) to process the refund. We would be more than happy to help you with your situation and would appreciate the opportunity to speak to you further about it. This product is fradulantly adverstised. They say you you have 21 days to try it, but interesting enough, they market on the bottle that it wakes 4-6 weeks to see result. Not long enough trial to produce results. They charge your credit card before you get the product.
