They sent a free trial to me stating that if i wasn't satisfied withing 2 weeks to cancel. Well when I tried reaching them I wasn't able to get through on there phone system. So finally I reached an agent,which she was very rude, I asked her to cancel the product, and she told me they could not do so and that they were charging my account for the extra $89.00 which was still in my trial. I then told her i needed her to reverse all payments and go through with the cancellation and she told me that in there office they could not do so. I asked her to give me a number of where I could talk to someone that could and she told me they did not have any numbers or any place that was possible. I then told her that i knew that was a lie because you cannot run a business this way. She was being rude about everything we talked about and finally I told her that I wanted to talk to her supervisor. She told me that they didn't have one in the building and I told her I knew better then that. So then she tried telling me that her supervisor was in a meeting and I called her bluff on that as well. She told me to hold after arguing about her not having a supervisor, then i received a person in charge. He told me there was nothing they could do about it and gave me an email address to write and which this is where i found this site.....I still have not received my money back and would very much like to do so.
