at its best!

We received a bill for $64.12 for 3 calls made supposedly from our computer to unknown websites. When we finally got through on the phone, we could not find out either the phone numbers or websites supposedly called, even though they did admit our computer has a block to prevent this from happening. Since only two of us use the computer, we are sure that these calls did not occur!!

How to Get Results!!!

AUTHOR: Earl - (U.S.A.)

1 month after receiving our bill we started getting automated calls requesting payment, sometimes 2 a day. We spoke to a rep, and then 2 different supervisors over the next few days with no better results. They still expected payment with no further information. So, we went online to the Better Business Bureau and filed an on-line complaint and also an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. We also informed this company of our filed complaints and let them know we were also informing our local law enforcement of their practices and had no intention of paying these charges. 4 Days later we received another call from One-Call informing us they were dropping all charges!!! I suggest this course of action to anyone having problems with this company. Hope this helps!!
