I received a bill for $101.86 for web access when no one had even used the internet.

They said websites had been accessed from my number but could not tell me what the sites were.

I kept telling them we were not even home the day I was billed but they just kept saying the phone line was used to access the web.

They said I would keep getting bills until it was paid.
