Navicomm, One Call Communications ripoff, scam, violations of fcc laws Bedford Texas Bloomington Indiana Carmel Indiana

Recieved a bill for 25.17 from one call communications which is billing for Navicomm . When I tell them no one at my home did this they sy "sir some one at your house access a website not supported by your isp " when I ask for the website they tell me to look at my modem logs and history - convient that modem logs do nt record website or phone numbers dialed isn't it - then they tell me to ask aol to scan my usage for Aug 29 at 10:39 am to see which website I accessed - once again a load of crap since this company is doing what is called modem high jacking aol has no record because the way this works is to disconnect you from aol and dial thier number - when you ask one calls operator for any information they say I'm sorry we don't have that information for the website you accessed go to www.webfee.validation.com which links to a company called validation technologies which doesn't seem to have anything at all to do with finding this information.

NOW FOR WHAT I FIND

If you look at one call communications it is part of opticom a company that has been fined many times for many violations of fcc laws and doesn't seem to want to change it way of operating FINED over 5 mill for non-disclosure - fat finger dialing - uses numbers similar to but not the same as other companies so that dialing 1-800-coolect instead of 1-800 collelt gets thier operator instead of the one you wanted then thy do not disclose who they are ( another violation ) and then you get a huge bill instead of the reasonable bill expected.

It is supposedly a isp provider but none of the links work - I have done a little website design using html and can spot a intentional dead end when I see it - then at the bottom you find a customer service number - all you get here is the day and time the call was made ( it was aphone call not web access you are being charged for if you complain to one calls operator enough they will ask if you want it blocked -how do they block something they don't know? ) Then they send you to the website www.webfee.validation.com again .

If you look up the other number listed here you get Martin S hall 49,Yavone Griffin Hall 47,June Hall 70,and Scott T 4Hall 47 at Blue Quail Ct. Bedford Tx. 76021-3229 Ph# 817-428-7656 if you look up navicommllc.com at whois online you find it is registered to Scott Hall 555 Morton St. Bloomington Indiand 47401 ph# (812)331-7500 his e-mail is ahuang@hirons.com look this number and address up and you get a company called hirons a advertising and communications company in Bloomington Indiana not Mr. Halls Home address ????? . This sounds like he is trying to hide (not very well) behind some one elses address and phone # to me . I just found that the president of one call is supposed to be Joe Pence 1-800-276-1111 I will be checking this out soon .
