Negrea Marius I order traffic to my website 10 000us visitors for $7.47 USD.I dont get traffic and dont get refund. This is 100% scam. Roma, , Nationwide

In February 20, 2013 I order traffic to my website and dont get any traffic. I find out that is not real company, because they do not send me any email about my payment only from PayPal I get notification. I was waiting until February 25 to contact him that I still waiting for the 10 000 us visitors for that $7.47USD. Hi contact me back in February 25 as a some lady:  Szeri Daniela daniellla1975@yahoo.com whit apology for the delay and asking me again for my url if hi has to know from my order
and my PayPal info. Dan I send the info whit my URL and let him know that I want the 10 000us visitors immediately
in like 3 days maximum or my full refund if he dont have the possibilities. HI send me information email in Thu, Feb 28, 2013 at 12:00 PM that my traffic is running  in the end of the day I fine 0 traffic and the next day in the morning 0 traffic so I find out that this is scam. I am using Google analytic and Clicky web analytic, this is in real time ,I can see statistic in by the same day by hour and every minute if I get some visitors. I can imagine if I purchase some of his special prices like 1 Million Visitors - $260.47 Super Value or 500,000 Visitors - $140.47  so be aware because this is fake you will lose all of your money. I contact him like 5 times already to get my refund back whit no answer.
