i have been bothered by this company after having paid my balance in full. i have the cancelled check to prove it, also. yet, they still continue to hound me for whatever reason they deem is justly so. after reading the postings from other individuals who have had similar occurrances i think i ought to do the same.

Okay simply fax over documentation that the debt has been resolved. This isn't Nelson Watson's fault that the last company that you delt with didn't report back correctly. Next time they call just ask for fax number so you can show that it was payed, not hard very simple.
