This company is a scam. After paying for the training class upfront the instructor Mr Jenkins. Possibly Craig or Greg refused to allow students access to the class. The classes were only offered after dark in an unlit high school. The instructor denied a refund to several students and was hostile and rude. Company refuses to provide refund or proofs they are legitimate class. The behavior of the instructor towards my wife was borderline assaultive screaming and yelling at her and then leaving her outside in a gang infested area. Is this a way to treat a 49 year old disabled woman trying to learn how to ride motorcycles. After contacting the company to request a refund and file a complaint we were told there would be no refund and she could pay an additional 150.00 to try and take the class again. The Instructor claimed my wife was late by 3 minutes despite the fact that it took 9 minutes for the instructor to unlock the door meanwhile my wife was alone in a unlit parking lot with other men who were also denied access to the school. We have filed a complaint with the secretary of the department of transportation, the DMV, and several other state agencies. In addition we have filed a complint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as Facebook to protect other consumers.
