Received a phone call from a women with a heavy middle eastern accent claiming that we were eligible for 7000 in grant money we just needed to call this number and we could receive our funds 1-206-201-2191. We call the number thinking that it is to good to be true and they talk to us some more we asked them what guarantee did we have that this was not a scam and we were told that the 280 dollars would be the transaction fee and we had to send it through Western Union so that we would have tracking and that was how we could get our money back if for any reason we were unsatisfied. So my husband and I foolishly did that and called them back they said that it was possessing and but us on hold for about twenty minutes. When they came back on the phone we were informed that we needed to call the bank to verify and were given this phone number1-917-720-3031. We call the new number and that is when we were told that it would take another 480 as a transaction fee. I told them I had already sent them all the money that I had which was not a lie and  I was then told that there was nothing that they could do and that they couldn't send me my money back. So I call the first number back and I am told that no the money should go through I need to call the bank back went round and round on the phone for hours. And now they want me to call them agian in the morning to resolve the matter. I just want my money back is there any way I can get it back.
