The customer service is non-existant! I ordered a router which turned out to not work for my application and they would not even think about accepting a return, even though the box is completely unopened! I have had the unit for 19 business days, and this is outside of the policy so I'm completely out of luck. Really? For non-perishable, technical products in a business to business environment? I called and they would not even have a conversation, just kept repeating that it is outside of policy, very sorry. Never Again!
