Today I recieved a 81/2 x 11 yellow envelope with Nestle USA, Inc, 383 Main St. 5thFL, Norwalk,Ct. on the mailing label. Inside was a check from Marwell Petroleum Lp, Houstan Texas drawn on Amegy Bank of Texas, Houston, Texas for $2900.00. (Note the two different spellings of Houston on the check) No letter or note inclosed. I searched the internet and found out the following:
Nestle USA, Inc. is a foreign company for profit located in Norwalk, CT.
Marwell Petroleum Lp is a Houston, Tx company
Emegy Bank of Houston, Tx exsist.
When I serched Marwall Petroleum Lp I came accross Jay's ripoff report dated August 2009 with two of these companies named in the report. I have no intention of depositing the check and expect to get a follow up call or letter about it. It is my belief the companies I've named are only being used to further a scam. Becaused the US Mail service was used, I hope something can be done to catch these thugs.

even though Nestle is a victim in this by having their name used illegally you're all for a report being posted here saying that they're part of the problem? And you have the audacity to ask questions calling intelligence into the picture??? Sheesh.

Striderq- Columbia (U.S.A.)) Is a fake, blogger for hire, and works for one of those
"reputation defender' companies. He trolls the clouds, looking for any postings about any company he has been hired to 'rebuttal' against. His "rebuttals" are usual excessively long winded, and he always "claims" to "have worked" in the "industry" that the poster complained about. He is "critical" about the poster, but does not address the issues posted in the complaint. He uses "clichd" statements. So, dis-regard any of this guys postings on the web, internet, www or the cloud. I have read streams of his postings under this handle Striderq - Columbia (U.S.A.)) And he may use more identification
handles to operate. I suspect this guy lives in his mother's basement...
And linking to Nestle USA was the correct action for you to take; regardless of what "Striderq" says. It doesn't take a genius to figure out why.

Since you have the intelligence to know that Nestle & Marwell Petroleum are not perpetrating this fraud, that their names are being used by the crooks...Why are you filing a report here using Nestle's name which will now show as a report against them???
