The 3 day free trial veribage is misleading because it implies that you have days to try and that you are entitled to a refund. Then, when you call to cancel (I cancelled within 30 minutes of signing up because I still couldn't find any relevant information), they tell you that it is non-refundable and if you read the terms and conditions, you will see that it is non-refundable.
Also, the lady I talked to told me the software does not have everybody or everthing you might need, which was painfully obvious after signing up.
This company's marketing is misleading the public and needs to be stopped. They need to state what is non-refundable where it is visible for the consumer to see; not hide it under the Terms and Conditions, which nobody reads because the verbiage implies it is refundable "3 day trial".
To add insult to injury, when you click the "Terms of Use" link prior to signing up, this page does not open; the page simply refreshes and a popup window entices you with a lower price.
Where I come from a trial is a trial; not a commitment to purchase.
