Bought my phone in January putting required $50 unlimited service card on it. Was shut off a week later for high data usage. Fought for months on end to get my services reinstated since I was still paying the $50 month to keep phone activated. Now here it is in June, only had my phone back on a week and am told to add ANOTHER service card at $50. Not to mention, net10 manager promised to acredit my account for the months I paid for services yet were unable to reveive, and to this very day no such credit or reimbursement has been made to the account at all.

That's $200 worth of phone services bought and paid for and denied. (Failing to render service to a customer after you take their money is considered theft by fraud in AMERICA) Continually advertising "unlimited services" then restricting our service is considered FALSE ADVERTISING! Falsely claiming my phone as stolen when I requested a new sim due to a child locking my phone up is FALSIFYING A REPORT. And forcing us to stay with them when our phones are paid for, and not on any contracted agreement by refusing unlock codes is wrong especially

when they were manufactured and sold BEFORE the bill passed outlawing phone network unlocks! Worst yet I explain with good reason as to why my paid for uncontracted cell needs to be unlocked from their network DUE TO TRAVELING IN UNCOVERED SERVICE AREAS FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT OF A TERMANILLY ILL CHILD, I am told to find a way to make a call to save his life or get him to next appointment if I were to be outside their coverage area. so yes I am very dissatisfied with the non services of this company. I'm out $200 on prepaid service cards I've not been able to use. I'm out $130 on a cell phone because they promised to send a sim replacement.

2 weeks ago yet instead they report my device as being stolen and now I can't get it activated with anyone because they refuse me the network unlock code, to lift the stolen label off my phone and account, refuse reimbursement for service paid for but not rendered as promised and refuse my replacement sim.. I do feel a class action law suit coming on, a report being made to the FTC and BBB as what thia company is doing isn't only illegal but unjust as well. We customers have a right as well! Calling customer service is a joke and net10 corp resolution is even more of a joke!
