i had bought an lg900 g on sale for $25 for net10 so i was thinking hey this is a great deal considering with straight talk they are $90 at that time. i put my $50 plan to get unlimited well that is 50,000 minutes instead of truly unlimited and it slows everything down so you use more minutes but besides that i thought hey its still a good phone so i got $50 for my birthday and decided hey ill add a plan to my reserve three days later my phone was disconnected for some reason when i called they couldnt explain it then they sent me to a manager who said i had used my 10 free minutes which i knew i didnt get any free minutes i told him i added a plan then my phone was working again and for a week didi good then cut off again so i called back they told me to add a service plan i told them i had one and one in reserve they told me i never had one in reserve and were rather hateful about it and refused to fix it until i added more minutes i paid $130 for close to 2 weeks service buyer beware these companies dont know what they are doing at all when it comes to your service i switched back to tmobile where i can go to a store and have an american help me
