They lost the phone number I have had for over 12 years 12 years. I have been on the phone with them five times ... about an hour each time. I don't have any free time, or time to waste currently ... but now I will make time and cut into my sleep hours and cut hours out of what little rest hours I do have to make sure they are reported.
I would never suggest this company to anyone do not believe they deserve to be in business any longer. I could also not receive service in one of the fifth most populated city in the US at certain times. If you live in the fifth most populated city in the US, you would expect to get good phone service because of the density of the network in these heavily populated areas. [continued below]....
When you sign up with this company be prepared to get cell phone signal comparable to that of the early 1990s turn around contort your body go outside and walk around until you finally receive a signal. And don't expect to recieve your text messages the instant someone sends them. Also be prepared for people ... your friends, coworkers, business clients ... to be angry when you do not receive their calls, or receive their text messages a day late.
If I could give them a negative rating I would.
