On may 18th I purchased another 60 days and 300 minutes from Net10 website. My phone already having 7661.25 minutes was reset to 300 minutes and 60 days service. Several phone calls to customer service have resulted in a re installment of 2295 minutes to phone but not the existing 7661.25 plus the additional 300 minutes purchased on
I attached a photo of the phone on May 18th with the phone display clearly showing the 7661.25 minutes on the phone. Customer service indicated that this picture could be any phone since serial number is not displayed on same screen. Phone can not display serial number and time remaining, date etc at the same time. As far as I am concerned at this point Net10 has made a deliberate action to steal over $500 of minutes from me.
All I want is my rollover minutes back on the phone like they should be.
