I purchased a new Net10 cell phone (Android) on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Family Dollar. I have a current Net10 cell phone (LG) and I do not like it! I had over 2,000 minutes on it and I wanted to transfer minutes and service time over to my new phone. Well, I call Michelle, today and told her that I tried to do it over the internet and it called for unlimited plan, so I went ahead and charge $53.80 to my Capital One credit card. Well, it didn't go through and both my phones were inactive. She told me I had to activate my NEW cell phone and had to use my credit card to activate it. I tild her I already did it, yesterday and she told me it was to my old cell phone, which I HATE! I never use it! Well, she charged me, yet another $53.80! She will NOT give me a refund! I have been charged twice for the same transaction! I feel that this is illegal! I am 62 years old senior citizen and I live off my social security. I Do not get that much money per month and I need a cell phone. I am also going to get in touch with my Attorney General's Office, FCC and Consumer Credit Protection. Karen J. Lord
Your Desired Resolution:
I would like my credit card amount of $53.80 that was recorded on my account, yesterday, Saturday, September 15, 2012 be taken off.
