NetFacilities Shawn Dawson Site full of glitches, work orders never working properly, horrible customer service Long Beach, CA CA

I am a property manager, and we use NetFacilities software for our work orders, maintenance, etc. at our properties. The service is terrible. Constantly the site is full of glitches that never get fixed, even after months after we call in to report them. Work orders are constantly generating the wrong info on them, such as wrong suite number or generating to the wrong property. Customer service is terrible and they always give us the run around. From dealing with this company for awhile, they seem to be a very small operation/company. Customer service blows off me and my coworkers like our issues are not important. I understand some software has glitches, but NetFacilities has way too many, they never fix them after being reported, and their glitches has cost us time and money. I DO NOT suggest anyone use this company. Google other property management software, their are lots of other solutions out there, so think of that when considering this company.
