NetView Inc TeamNetView? Hired but not working? Charlotte, North Carolina

I responded to a craigslist ad for PC technician. It took two or more weeks to hear anything back from them. A recruiter sent me an email stating that they had work. I called the number and spoke with him about a bank refresh. I checked out the company online and found that they were legitimate.

I received numerous emails with documents and paperwork and the voucher for a drug test. I completed all of these and was told we would be starting work on Nov 8th.
The national representative sent me a link to a page that requested more information and I sent this in as well.

Earlier this week I requested a schedule and a branch assignment, the email I received was that a schedule would be posted later that afternoon. I also was told in email that we would be starting on Nov 9 at 2pm but without a branch assignment. I then received an email with all of the bank training documents and a affidavit. I sent in the testing and affidavit materials.

The last email I received was that they were still awaiting background checks. Shouldn't this have been done in a more timely manner?
No schedule has been posted and I haven't had my emails or phone calls returned.
Failure to communicate with employees even if only contracted employees is inexcusable. To me this is a every unprofessional organization.
