Complaint Review: NetZero
NetZero I have been trying to cancel my netzero account for the second time. Each time they tell me that I will get another free month and will have to call in by the last day of the month. I do not use net Internet

At the end of Feb I tried to cancel my account. I wanted to cancel it right then but got tired of listening to the rep and said ok. I will cancel the end of March.
I called at the end of March. Again I was given the runarround and told I will be given another free month. I said no I don't want another month and I am cancelling right now.
The rep said I can't cancel right now. I will have to wait until the end of April to cancel. I got a little excited and repeated again that I am cancellling right now and won"t be callling at the end of April and if they attempt to charge me I will sue.
At this point I just hung up. Apparently reps are trained to do this. I have emailed customer and support. In reply yesterday they said they are forwarding it to a supervisor and will hear from them within 24 hours.
