Netdropshipper RIPOFF Ordered a new energizer 15 minute charger and 4 batteries. Received a charger twere, the one that was loose in the package was only 1800. ripoff Los Angeles California

Ordered a new energizer 15 minute charger and 4 batteries. Received a charger that did not work, right out of the box. The retail package had been opened prior to shipping. Three of the four batteries were 2200 they were in the charger, one was loose in the package it was only 1800.

After a few emails customer service responded with a RMA number nothing else. They never would respond to any other email/questions. I was not going to send it back until I made contact with an employee. I even called long distance twice and got voice mail. I went online and found RIP-OFF so I discovered that they would not refund after 30 days. I shipped it back waited two weeks then I sent an email.

By surprise I got an email back within a day or two stating that they needed the tracking number. They did respond back within a day or two ">>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later".

So I cut and pasted the UPS tracking information and the link. A few days ago they sent $19.99 to my credit card. I paid them $31.55, shipping back was $7.50 totalling $39.05. I am out $19.05. They will not respond back. I did file a complaint with BBB, which might have inspired them to make the initial contact.
