This company owes me refunds as well as service for customers that were sent the wrong products in place of the products that they ordered. This company does not offer any customer service and has also turned off the website in which I have spent several hundreds of dollars to have. I have also lost all of my email access paid for and provided by this company. The internet lifeline of my business has been shut down and is causing me to loose contact with all of the customers that I have been trying to take care of over this company's misrepresentation of product and shipping of the wrong products. My Ebay business is ruined. My rating has been slammed becasue of this company and all of my revenue sources have been completely whiped out becasue of this company.

This company is netdropshipper.com and dropshipdesign.com is also affiliated with this company. Do not be fooled by these two.

I am seeking others that have had these problems and losses so together we can take action against the company. I am seeking an attorney in LA County that would be willing to fight for everyone money back for the subscription's as well as their losses of refunds as well. As 1 individual, I have losses of over $1200.00 becasue of no refunds after shipping product back to them and wrong product shipped to customers as well as losses they are causing us in loosing total communication with our customers throught the email provider they had for us.

Now, I'll admit, I'm certainly not the smartest person going. With a big 9th grade education, nobody will ever confuse me for Mensa material.

But, you don't need to be a genius here. A little common sense is all it takes.

Why would a netdropshipper company need me? Can anybody tell me that?

According to their website, they have this huge warehouse, with thousands of products. So, they sure as hell don't need me to help them FIND merchandise to sell. They already have plenty.

They don't need me to do the shipping part either. After all, the idea of drop-shipping is that they will box up everything and send it out.

So, what the hell do they need me for?

To put up ads on Ebay. That's it. That's all that this company needs me to do for them. Put up ads. Handle auctions. Collect money from buyers. And, send it to them.

And, for that, I get to make millions of dollars. The dropshippers give me the stuff for rock-bottom prices, so most of the profit goes directly to me. The dropshippers hardly make enough to stay in business.

At least, that's the scam they tell you.

Now comes the common sense part.

Why the hell can't these dropshippers make their own ebay auctions? They make a fancy website. So, they sure as hell can figure out how ebay works. Right?

Why don't they just cut me out of the deal and list their own stuff?

Anyone can see that's the smartest thing for them to do.

So, clearly, they are running a scam. The buyer pays me. It's MY ebay name on the line. The dropshippers can take the money and run, and I get stuck with the ebay feedback.

Anyone can see this before they get involved. These dropshippers need me to collect the money for them, while they never send out any merchandise. This isn't a complicated con. It's the old monkey in the middle scam. Find a sucker to take the blame for the theft.

Plus, all you have to do is look at their contact address, from their site. Private mailbox. Not a business location.

You know, all these dropshippers are all scams. They don't need me to work a legitimate deal. All they need me for is my identity when they fail to ship anything. They commit the theft. My online name takes the hit.

All you really have to do is sit down and apply a little common sense. If a dumb-*ss like me can figure this out, a smart person like you should have absolutely no problem at all.

One year later...

I just wanted to weight in on this issue. I used NetDropShipper.com last Christmastime to try and make a little extra money for the holidays. Luckily I got out before it was way too late, but it was still too late.

I still owe PayPal more than $300 because of canceled and returned orders (more than half of the orders through NetDropShipper.com were canceled by the company because they didn't have the item any more and half of what was left was canceled because people were tired of waiting for their items).

It was the most terrible experience I have ever had on the Internet and I hope people will read these testimonials and not get involved with NetDropShipper.com. The BBB doesn't give out Fs for no reason and there wouldn't be SO many complaints on this and other Web sites if NertDropShipper.com was doing what it's supposed to be.

This is my experience with Netdropshipper.com
I used netdropshipper.com as a way to make money on ebay.com but from day 1 every Item sent had an angry ebay customer requesting full refund since its through paypal refunds were given. Now I tell netdropshipper.com To refund the money and all I get is a credit on there worthless website.

I gave up and said fine I will use the credit to buy me stuff and they send me a email asking for credit card authorization. I told them I didn't give them authorization to take the $329.98 from me in the first place why would I give it now.

I so want a class action suit on them cause I lost about 583.00 cause of them. I am just asking for the credit of 329.98 not even the shipping charges. I kept every email regarding this. I am thinking of Pain and Suffering charges too.

I would like to share a letter that I received from the FTC and would like all that have issues with this company to promptly file their report and refrence as follows.

When filing the report, make sure that you file that your complaint is similar to and about the same company. The refrence number is: FTC Ref. No.8307558. Make sure you list this with your complaints.

The FTC wrote me the following letter:

Dear Craig xxxx xxxxx:

Thank you for your recent letter concerning your complaint.

The Federal Trade Commission's Mail or Telephone Order Rule covers goods and services you order by mail, telephone, computer, and fax machine. By law, a company should ship your order within the time stated in its ads. If no time is promised, the company should ship your order within 30 days after receiving
it. If the company in unable to ship on time, the company MUST give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling your order and receiving a PROMPT refund.

Information from your letter has been added to our computerized reporting systems, which is used by the staff to determine actions that will benefit all consumers. As a federal regulatory agency, our role is to identify those companies that CONSISTENTLY violate consumers' rights and then correct those violations through appropriate law enforcement action. Meanwhile, the Attorney General's office in the state where the company is located may be able to assist you.

We appreciate your intrest in writing us.

As many of you already know, Netdropshipper does not offer PROMPT refunds. You also know that they are CONSISTANTLY violating your consumer rights.

I have also received information from the Attorney General's Office. I will post this information soon with contact information so you can send your information to them. It appears that they may be taking it up.

I have tried sevral time with your customer service. I have given them all of the information asked for. I have sent a resent all the information they have asked for and when I do, the process starts all over again and again. After the second response, there is not more. There is obviously instuction to ignore the issue. It does not take a rocket scientist to see that you know that your business is made up of a large number of "little guys" that cannot go after you alone and you know it!

For the record, I did this drop ship thing as a hobby. I own 3 companies and one which I have sold for over $5,000,000 and I have plenty of cash. But the fact of the matter is that many other people are just trying to make an extra buck for their family and when you take thir money it hurts that much more.

I have offered my phone numbers and approached this matter trying to take care of it professionally with you. The problem is, you hide behind your keyboard and do not care. You will spend more time defending yourself against this online istead of taking care of the issues and trying to handle it professionally. I agree, you may have a lot of customers and you cannot make everyone happy all the time but if you are as big as you say you are, it would be good business to try and take care of those that are giving your company bad publicity.

I really have no need to take time out of my day to write these messages but I wouldn't if it wasn't for the principal in the matter. The bottom line is, I have been ripped off by your company. I have sent all the information asked for. I do have the confirmation of delivery for returned product, and I do have the information about product that was specifically asked for and confirmed before shipment. Bottom line is that you take advantage of people and situations that you are unwilling to address.

There are more than 10 people complaining and you know it! The thing is, you count on the fact that they will get tired and go away. I will not go away. I will continue to update my report until I get compansation for the product that I have shipped back as well as you take responsibility for and at you expense pick up product that was confirmed to be made of materials that were not. I have refunded my cuatomers for shipping and the product because it was not the product you advertised or it was damaged. One of those products cost $150.00 to deliver and it was not the fault of the customer or myself. Now I am out over $500.00 in shipping and refund for that product alone. Who in their right mind is going to continue to send product back to you at their expense when you have not acknowledged returned product from the past? Furthermore, I have not seen and check for the credit that has been on my account since January so you have not intention on sending a refund.

All of my issues have been brough up with your customer service several times. It is like talking to a brick wall. I get the same questions for information that has been sent several times then the communication stops. You have a "live" help button on your website that is not available but it looks good.

I am a reasonable person with real issues with the ethics of your business. I am a person that believes that customers come first and my success proves it. I will always sleep well at night knowing that I am telling the truth about my situation with your company and I will continue until all of my issues are handled.

I offer again to you the opportunity to open a dialog within a private forum. I am offering my email address hnproperties@hotmail.com so we can get on the phone and talk about these issues like professionals. I would hope that you would be open to this so we can put this all behind us. You should try a little trust becasue I know your issues are far to big for you to handle and get the proper information from you people. I know this becasue they do not even get the information about product returns or issues to the proper management. You obviously do not know what is going on in your own company so I do not expect you to be able to find any of my information or claims.

We know that an 800 number is cheap and that is not an issue. An issue becomes when 80,000 members try calling at the same time not to complain as you proposed but to simply ask if we have received their orders. We did offer phone support at one point and it got carried away with in few days.

We do not ignore any emails, if you are using AOL, Comcast or any other fortune 500 company ISP, they simply BLOCK majority of incoming emails.

We do not charge any membership fees like other dropshippers do, and to keep our prices comparative and to continue offer FREE services we offer live support and our emails are answered with in 24 hours or less.

I can see only a handful of complains about NDS on these forums and they are mostly written by the same person 10 times. We have over 80,000 members and believe me that majority of them are making money and will never tell you or anyone else on the web about it. There is enough competition out there as is.

I also see that the general public complains about fortune 500 companies on this forum in mass. I will keep the names confidential of these companies but if you were to run a report on any fortune 500 company on ripoffreport.com you will find many complains, so the question of the day is; ARE THESE COMPANIES ALSO FRAUD ??

We cannot keep 100% of our members satisfied, there will always be someone who tries to get something for nothing. An instead of posting FALSE information you should perhaps contact our customer service department to resolve any of your issues.

Your reply reads like sales copy / promotion, bit patronising too, as most people that have experienced troubles know the difference between retail & wholesale - AND the difference between good service & bad.

Why don't you explain to your unhappy dropshipping customers the process of shipping - if Items are gonna take 6 weeks to process or the products are used/broken/damaged you could at least have the information there - available for sellers to make an informed choice - the point of dropshipping is the goods are sent straight from the supplier to the retail customer - for this to work the reseller has to know they can trust YOU, your Company, your service - if you are getting all these complaints from resellers - there is obviously a communication problem that you as the service provider need to see to - lack of effective communication breeds distrust - if you want all your resellers to distrust you, you are doing a great job, 100% for c**p management.

NetDropshipper.com has been in business for well over two years now. We have satisfied thousands of orders and will continue trying to keep all of our members satisfied. Former or Current members who have had issues should contact our Customer Service Department for assistance instead of posting misleading and untrue statements about NetDropshipper, Inc. We are more than happy to assist members outside of these forums.

Netdropshipper, Inc is not "RETAILER" and provides different and unique services to our members. Our policies are different than the retail chains because of the type of services we provide. We reply to all Emails in a very short time frame and because of very strict SPAM polices with some ISP's sometimes our email replies simply never reach the recipient because of such harsh restrictions.

We do not charge any membership fees and there for we do not provide a toll free number in order to continue to provide our members with such low wholesale prices. We do contact our members over the phone if there is a serious matter to be resolved that cannot be handled by emails. Netdropshipper, Inc continues to provide our members with top of the line product line. Our products are the easiest to resell over the web unlike other dropshippers who might also be posting negative comments about Netdropshipper, Inc on these forums for their personal gain.

I CALLED THEM & GOT A PERSON TO CALL ME BACK!!

I am also owed lots of monies from NetDropshipper.com. I too have sent 3-4 emails everyday to try and rectify my problems with no answer. I finally started filing chargeback claims via my credit card to get some action. Upon doing so they shut my account down without notifying me. They also took the monies I filed for in the chargeback out of the credit balance that they owed me on my account! I had also filed a claim via FedEx for an item that they shipped that per FedEx was "Improperly Packaged". I had filed this claim mid February and NDS refused delivery for one of the pieces that was being returned to them via FedEx. So as I looked at the information I had via FedEx, I found a phone number that NDS had put on the packages. I called it. The woman who answered just said "Hello". I was very friendly and light and said, "Angela?" (That is the name of the person that I would sometimes get to respond to my 100's of emails [ak@netdropshipper.com]). She said "Yes this is.." then I launched into why they refused delivery on that item. She put me on hold and then said that I probably wanted the refund for that item. I said YES. She promised to call me back when her supervisor came back from lunch. About 30 minutes later I receieved a call back from her and she placed a credit back on my credit card that minute. Then I asked her why I had no access to my account anymore. She said that they do that when a person files a chargeback claim. Knowing that I was pushing my luck at this point I inquired about my credit balance on my account and asked why I did not have the monies yet. At that point she seemed to have all the information on me she needed. She knew that date that I requested it and the exact amount it should be. She advised me that it would be mailed to me 3/31/06. I have not received it yet but I am waiting. I also asked about some other refund issues and then I guess I hit my limit because she was unable to answer anymore questions. I don't know how long this direct number to her will work but here it is for all to use. I tried to do a google search on it and came up with nothing. Again, she answered to the name of Angela and here is the number: (323) 459-9599 . I hope I don't have to use this number to the point of excess but if I don't receive my monies in the mail I will keep digging and I will get another phone number or find another way to get a live person to talk to.

I continue to send several emails to this company and its representitive dropshipdesign.com. At one time, dropshipdesign.com offered me a refund and when I requested it, they stopped answering all emails.

The same has applied to the products I returned and have proof of delivery for returns to netdropshipper. They have not and will not return your money and you will be out the product and the extra cash you spend to return to your customer. They have send misrepresented product to a customer in which now I have paid twice for becasue I refunded the customer becasue most American's do good business BUT NOT THESE COMPANIES!!

Netdropshipper continues to ignor all emails sent. They are not interested in even trying to make anything right for anyone. If they make a mistake, you as a customer does not matter. They will not respond in any way to even try to get to the bottom of it. They will send you emails for information about your orders and returns and do nothing with it when they get it but ask for it again and again but not come up with any solution.

I have been encouraged along the way with them asking for the information ect. but this is only a stall tactic and once they drag you through the dirt long enough, then they will say their policy is that you take care of the situation within a timeline that THEY MAKE IMPOSSIBLE!!

These companies are truly scam artists who do not care about you, your business or anyone. It is really to bad that these companies do this. If you are looking for a dropship company, under no circumstances shoud you choose any of these companies. THE PEOPLE RUNNING NETDROPSHIPPER AND DROPSHIPDESIGN ARE PROFESSIONAL THIEVES!

Everything is fine until you send a money order. Then all of a sudden , the product you want is out of stock or discontinued. All of the reports I've read have that ring of truth. I should know it sounds exactly like my story. We all should band together to warn people, plus bring this sad company to its feet. After reading the posts . I feel stronger and stronger about going after this company. Taking suggestions of writing to proper authorites. And cautioning the public. Or the lists will keep on growing!

The amout of people that have had problems with this company grows daily. All of the complaints are showing a pattern of the same problems. These problems range from poor customer service to no customer service. They are not refunding people for items returned, nor do they acknowledge that they have even recieved returned items. They have sent misadvertised products, defective products and even sent the same product back to someone that returned defective product. They are using stall tactics to the point where people just give up trying.

Don't give up. File your reports and contact us and get on board and tell your story. Media outlets have shown intrest in what is going on here. One person in the group is being interviewed by their local Fox television news team for their "Problem Solvers" stories. There is are a few attornies that are showing intrest in this as well. One person has been in contact with the FBI and they may be looking for everyones story very soon.

The bottom line, momentum is growing. Get in touch with me, tell me your story, and we will get you on board by sending your information to the authorities that are investigating. We cannot do this without your help!! We all need to join together and fight together to get results. These kind of people want you to give up and go away. Notice that in the last rubuttle, this Glen guy has admitted that he is the supplier of the products that are in question. Also notice that he offers no solution or concern for the situation.

This is the type of customer service you can expect if you get involved with this company. They have sent the wrong product to customers. They advertised a certain product and shipped another and did not answer nor offer to fix the situation.

Notice that they will spend more time trying to defend themselves and have no intent to even work with the customers.

If this Geln guy spent as much time looking into the issues at hand and less time filing rebuttles, there could be a solution to this but that is not their intention. Nor has it ever been!!

F We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

Complainants allege, delays in delivery, non delivery of ordered products, and inability to reach the company to inquire on the status of refunds, deliveries, or exchanges. In some cases, when customers request refunds due to non-delivery, the company claims they can find no record of the transaction , and ask for proof of purchase.

The company responds to most complaints by shipping merchandise, issuing credits, or providing refunds. In some cases, the company explains delays may be due to out of stock merchandise. The company claims they make every effort to notify buyers when shipments are delayed or unavailable.

THE BBB RATING IS AN F! THEY DID THAT ALL ON THEIR OWN. CONSUMER REPORTS PUBLICATION WILL BE NEXT.

Sorry Sir this is not just a few people unless you think a few hundred isn't a problem. This guy answered this Rip-Off Report faster than they answer there own emails and orders.

How are you going to handle the fact that you sent a product to my customer and charge $150.00 in shipping and did not ship the product that you advertised.

How are you going to handle the fact that you have sent used products to customers that do not advertise as referbished of otherwise.

How are you going to handle the fact that your company doen not communicated or recognize that product has been returned and received when I have submitted confirmation information when asked.

How are you going to handle the fact that when a thread is returned with the information asked for and other questions are asked there is no more communication whatsoever.

How are you going to handle the fact that when a return authorization is asked for you wait until it is to late after the sale to return it.
How are you going to handle the fact that you sent a game system value pack to a customer and sent the wrong games and when asked we get ignored.

How are you going to handle the fact that according to your recording at the phone numbers that you never intended to nor will answer you say that you garantee us the service we deserve.
How are you going to handle the the hundreds and growing people that have the same problems with you.

How are you going to handle the fact that we as comsumers have rights and when we insist on the service that we deserve your reply to me was to shut down all communication, my website and access to my webmail that is related to that site.

This is internet fraud at its best and if you had half a spine and really did care about the customer, you would offer you contact information but you won't becasue it would take you 10 years to just read the messages.

The problem here is that your company has so many complaits that it cannot handle anything.

We are not making threats Sir, we are arranging several people (and the list grows daily) and reporting to the FBI Internet Fraud division, PayPal dispute center, the LA District Attorneys office, Fox News and The LA Times and anyone reading this I encourage you to send your complaints to the following links:

b) Netdropshipper.com refund policy of 30 days or less is a mandatory requirement in order to avoid all fraudulent checks and money orders that we receive on daily bases. We receive many checks or money orders each day and 40% of these checks are counterfeit. If we were to issue refunds in a shorter period of time than we would feed the pocket of crooks who pray on other people and businesses. We are sure most of you can relate to Nigerian scams that you have
seen, heard or was a victim of such fraud. We are simply protecting our interest.

c) Netdropshipper.com is not a retail chain or a reseller if any information. We are Wholesale Distributor who offer a
unique opportunity to the general public to resell various items at Wholesale Prices. We satisfy thousands of our
customers by offering them an opportunity to make a profit without any upfront fees. We do not charge any monthly
membership fee nor we ask for any upfront fees. We take all the risks by purchasing millions dollars worth of
products and storing them in our warehouse for our members to resell for PROFIT. Wholesale business works allot
differently than retail and some our members don't seem to understand simple things like an item is out of stock for
example.. When we place an order with Sony and Sony's salesman tells us that the item is on backorder for a month or
that the item is no longer unavailable, we do not post negative comments about Sony all over the internet nor do we
threaten Sony. There are some people in this world that are used to getting their way no matter what and wholesale business does not simply work this way.
