I have used Netdropshipper.com since June of 2005. I am/was an eBay Powerseller. The customer service that I received was average at best until November, December of 2005 and January of this year. I ordered thousands of dollars in items over the holiday time frame only to have to refund the majority of the monies back to my customers due to slow or no shipment at all ($10,000 in refunds for 2 months!). Some of the items were to have "expedited shipping" via FedEx, of which I paid more monies for this to happen (customers wanted to be sure they would receive thier items in time for Christmas). The main item in particular that I had problems with was the iTrip iPod for Nano. I sold at least 15 of this item of which non were delivered in a time frame better than 25 days from the date the order was placed! What this company did was, scan these items as if they were waiting for FedEx to pick them up and then simply never put them on the truck for delivery! I sent numerous emails requesting a status with weeks of no response. Then finally I reported them to the LABBB. Shortly after I was getting a response to my emails. I was told that if my customers could no longer wait for their items I should cancel them before they were put on the truck for pick up. (Lets not forget, per the tracking information these items were scanned on 12/27/05 and as of 1/12/06 were still NOT picked up by FedEx.) I then sent one email with orders numbers for all of the items that needed to be cancelled due to the slow delivery, I also stated that the credited amount should appear on my credit card that they have on file and not as a credit balance towards my account. Only 3 of the orders were cancelled and they placed the credits on my account for me to use towards my next purchase! When I sent follow up emails asking about the other orders that were supposed to be cancelled guess what? A week later 1/18/06 those orders were being shipped and delivered. I had already refunded these folks their monies out of my own pocket. Now those angry customers who demanded and received refunds were getting items for free because this company had inadequate staff to field all of the emailed requests that they received during the busy holiday timeframe. I again emailed regarding this travesty to get a reply stating that they don't know what the problem is,
I have several more issues with this company and I WILL NOT be cancelling my account with them until they are ALL resolved as I fear a total shut out will occur. But the day I get all of my monies refunded back to my credit card I am done with them forever. I have email them regarding this however, I have yet to receive a response. I have resorted to emailing Angela K. and Marina S. directly at netdropshipper.com in hopes of a timely response to my issues and woes. I am still unsatisfied. As I type this up I have received a reply to my request for my monies back that are just sitting in that account. The reply is telling me that I don't have a credit because it was issued in error. I just want off of the crazy NetDropshipper ride. I want all of my issues with them resolved. I want my monies applied back to my credit card as requested. I want justice for them being instrumental in maring my 100% feedback rating that I had on eBay. They say that they do not guarantee shipping, if that is the case then why bother offering ANY expedited shipping options for an additional fee? They use FedEx as the carrier but if they don't put the items on the truck who should I be upset with? I am filing a claim with FedEx next in regards to this companies practices. I could write a small novel about my woes with this particular company. I am very very very disappointed with how all of this has come to pass. When I started with this company their BBB rating was a C. Now its an F.
