I made the mistake of sending copies of my drivers license and credit card (front & back) to this place as instructed on their Credit Card Verification Form. At the time I did this, I was basically looking for a reputable dropshipper in an effort to get my business off the ground.

After about 2 months, and still never placing an order with Netdropshipper.com, I decided to check out their items to see if anything would be worth trying to sell. Just for the heck of it, I hit the "my account" tab and was SHOCKED to see about 15 orders listed in my history. All of them appeared to have either been cancelled or returned, so thank GOD there were no charges on my credit card.

When I brought this obvious error to their attention, I was told that I had to have been mistaken, because only I can access my account with their SECURE server. I wasn't trying to dispute any charges, I was just concerned that someone there had taken my credit card info and was using it to make it look like I was placing orders.

Since they do NOT have a phone number you have to do all your communicating by emails (which they take FOREVER to respond to) or you can try using their Live Chat, which is a joke because after typing feverishly for about 20 minutes, I was told that I would have to send an email to customer service to get this straightened out. Even after I just got done telling them that part of the problem is the length of time it takes to get a response.

My biggest concern, other than the fact that someone at Netdropshipper.com was using my credit card info. is that sometime in the future, I am going to end up being sued for non-payment of these phantom orders. When I asked them for proof that I had placed any orders and the names and addresses of the people I had SENT these items to, they provided me with a bunch of mumbo jumbo with order #'s and not much else. I don't know what good that was supposed to do me. I told them that I wanted MY customers addresses and Phone #'s so that I could find out from them IF they ordered these items and if so, from whom. I have not received this information back from them.

In an effort to cover myself, I, too filed a complaint with the BBB, so that in the event of trouble in the future, I would have record of reporting my problem with them to some official agency.

All I basically started out wanting Netdropshipper to do was say "Oh yeah, we accidentally put all these orders under your account number by mistake and will now put them all under the correct account #" Instead I basically got told that I was a liar since it wasn't 1 or 2 orders that weren't mine, it was about 17! In my report to the BBB I told them that I wanted my account cancelled so that nothing in the future could be put towards my account. Just for the heck of it, I tried to get into my account a few times over the last 2 months to see if the orders have disappeared from my account and I keep getting an error message that the site is undergoing maintenance in an effort to improve their service to me. What a crock! Now, I can't even get into the website!

This experience has really soured me on dropshippers, too, which is a shame, because I'm sure that there are some reputable ones out there, somewhere!

How To Get Around Your Account Access Being Blocked

AUTHOR: Beth - (U.S.A.)

I'm in the same situation with their site "under maintenance". You are right!!! It is a crock!! You can create a completely new username and have complete access to their website. However, I figured out how to get around it. Go to their home page anc click "my account". Instead of logging in as normal...look on the right side of the screen in the green box. You will see a link titled "Resend Account Confirmation" CLick it, follow instructions and your back in within 5 mins.!!! I just had to do that in order to print off all the proof I need to submit to Los Angeles D.A.'s office, Paypal Mastercard, Federal Trade Commision, and Ebay. Good luck and let me know if you were able to get back into your account.

Stealing Credit Card Numbers

Make sure you check the account carefully for any unknown charges that have nothing to do with Netdropshipper. They opened up a membership on an adult site with my information. These people are pretty low.
