I joined netdropshipper.com August 2005. I have to admit, the service was great back then. I used to get Fedex Tracking Numbers the next day and I had no problems or complaints. It is just recently that their shipping time has been lagging.
I ordered 3 items and they only shipped 2. I had to fuss at them to even get those 2 items shipped. They said the 3rd order was on backorder and would ship in a couple of days. It has been weeks and no tracking number.
I went on live chat and Tory Thomas forwarded my email to the shipping department. The sorry answer they gave me is "Your item will ship any day now." Every status I get from netdropshipper is forwarded to my customer.
Now, my customer is hollering and screaming at me because his order hasn't shipped yet. I am really really frustrated. Netdropshipper is costing me money and business reputation. My number one priority is customer satisfaction and I can't hold up to that image using netdropshipper.
They do have great products but it's not working out now. I trusted them and they delivered great results but now their service stinks. Now I am having to switch to a new distributor. I even opened up a fedex account to use the fedex calculator on my store.
I just wish Netdropshipper can go back to the way it used to be. Shipping orders the very same day or sometimes the next day. That is the service I miss.
They have the product in stock as said on their site but they are telling me that it is backorder. It's a little medi-points foot massager that they act they can't deliver.
Someone please help me in getting this company straight as I do not want to go out of business nor do I want another angry customer screaming at me like he crazy.
