I wish I had seen this site several months ago, but unfortunately I didn't and started doing business with netdropshipper.com and they screwed me over! From what I read here, it has happened to many of us.
I placed an order for my customer; a CASIO digital camera, Samsung Video Camera and a 6 pack of MiniDV tapes for the video camera. I ordered this on 7/21/06. It was the 4th order I've placed with them (1 order, which happened to be this same customer was screwed up and was missing something, which they credited pretty quickly) and my customer received the package on 7/27 (fairly fast) and the digital camera was the only item in the box.
I immediately emailed the orders department and the returns dept per (the ONLY person that is ever on) their live chat customer service tech - Sam Dubek. I did not hear back from them until 7/28 when the orders dept sent me a one line email that said "The only item missing was the tapes". PERIOD! I was like, hello... The FedEx airbill shows that the package weighed 5-6 pounds. How in the HECK can two cameras and pack of tapes weigh 5-6 pounds? When have you known FedEx to underweigh their items? To me, it's clear that only one camera was shipped out based on the weight alone!
I then over the next few days sent several emails getting more furious with each one. I found the supposed 'big cheese' there, AK's email address (ak@netdropshipper) and sent all to her (or him) and asked for help to resolve and copied in the Attorney General of LA. She/He immediately emailed me back that they were working on the issue. Actually they were deactivating my account! Ha - I find that so funny, since I saw that this has happened to everyone who has dared to resolve a rip off issue with them.
What I really want is the "Management" or AK him or herself to post a reply to me here...as I've seen them do for others. I am so pi**ed off. I got another email from the orders dept tonight saying that again the tapes were the only thing missing and they would only refund the tapes ($12.99). I emailed him back and rebutted, and he wrote me back again quickly(more emails than I've ever gotten from them - seems you get them mad and they respond) saying that I was trying to get 'something for nothing'. I forwarded that to this "AK" person - who is probably the same person in the orders dept :) saying that I cannot believe that I thought I had a business relationship with them and cannot believe their customer service. It's disgusting.
This time I again copied in the LA Attorney General and the Editor of Rip-Off Report. Does anyone know who Gene Zell is? That is the voicemail you get when you call, but I didn't leave a message...I know it would only go in haste and no one would return my call.
I called my credit card company today and filed a grievance and they are going to investigate. Has anyone had their money returned to a credit card after the CC company went after them? I am so furious. I had to give my customer a refund today and I immediately deactivated any and all netdropshipper inventory, which is funny since they deactivated my account! Cracks me up.
I am going to hound this company until I get my refund and see them close down. It's only a bit over $200 and I know alot of you here have been hit for more than that with them, but $200 hurt my pocket a whole lot.
