Netflix Admittedly poor service Internet

Netflix was slow in filling my order for a rental DVD.  When I talked to a man who called himself Sean in Denver he admitted that Netflix was understaffed.  They are apparently trying to increase profits by unfairly working their employees and giving inadequate service to their customers.

I also complained about the poor selection of movies available through their streaming service. Sean admitted to having the same frustration with himself.  He said that Netflix was looking into it.  I doubt that in that the same poor selection has existed since they first offered streaming.  They advertise "unlimited" selection.  Nothing could be further from the truth.
