We cancelled our Netflix account in December 2011.  I noticed several months later that they were still billing my credit card, so my son called again to make sure it was cancelled.  They said the account was closed.  I noticed in July that I was still being billed.  I called Netflix and they again said our account was closed.  When I told them they were still billing us, they said there was another e-mail address with our credit card name attached to that account.

What I don't understand is they only billed me for one account while we used Netflilx, and then they supposedly cancelled that account, but then continued billing me.  Now they say it is a fraudulent matter and I have to contact my bank.  They will not credit my card, even though we have not used their services.

Maybe the email address is someone you know? At any time that you were using Netflix did you authorize someone else to watch movies on your account?
