Netflix We cancelled our account in December 2011 and they have continued billing us. We have called several times and they kept telling us the account was closed. In July, when we called again, they said i Internet

What I don't understand is they only billed me for one account while we used Netflilx, and then they supposedly cancelled that account, but then continued billing me. Now they say it is a fraudulent matter and I have to contact my bank. They will not credit my card, even though we have not used their services.
