Purchased a Netspend debit card, had my retirement check direct deposited to the card, after two months of seeing charges on my card for $1,00 and up, I contacted the companies that were placing the charges asking that they refund my money. I was told that the funds which now total over $ 178.00 would be refunded within seven business days, the money was never refunded. 
Called Netspend to inquire about the charges, and was told that all charges had already been refunded. Which was not true, I have a telephone alert on my cell which tells me about each transaction, and there was no refunds, On June 19th I noticed a charge for $1.00 and call the merchant which was Pay pal, I was told that a person had charged my account in the amount of over $250.00 and sent it to the UK. I never did make the charge nor do I know anyone in the UK.
I contacted Netspend and the customer services persons refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor nor tell me why these charges kept coming, they said that they would close the account but would not investigate the charges or refund my money. I informed them about my retirement check, I was instructed to go to a local store and purchase a new Netspend card, call them and they would put my retirement check on the card. They sent me another card, and no money, I called my retirement group, and told them that I had not received my check they informed me that the check had been deposited with Netspend, of which to this day netspend refused to send any documentation to the retirement company's bank telling them that the funds were never received,
I live on a limited income supportiing my self and two grand childrens, I have no money to pay any buills or buy food because Netspend has stolen my check!!
Can any one help me and my grand children, I only trusted them because the card had MasterCard International on it. I always trusted Mastercard, But now I see that they are all crooks, taking from a retired person with mouths to feed with no way to get back my  money. I hope God will punish them !!
