My income tax return was deposited on to a Netspend visa threw Turbotax. They have put a hold on my money, and made me send personal information, drivers license, s.s card and tax return copies. This was a week ago. Still holding my money, as part of some risk management department . When I call customer service they say the same thing every day, that it can take up to 48 business hours to take the hold off. This is crazy and it is not stated in their policy. Please help !
