at its best!

Somehow Netspend rerouted my Social Security benefit to thier bank, we contacted Social Security when we didn't get the deposit and they informed the direct deposit was changed from our bank to Netspend. We have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Everett, WA Police Dept for theft and are waiting to see the results. We are out a bit of money and hope it gets resolved soon.

NetSpend

AUTHOR: Travis - (USA)

We are very sorry to hear that your direct deposit information was altered. This can only be done if you request the change with SSA, or if someone knows your identity information made the change. We did receive your email earlier and we are currently looking into how this occurred.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We hope the problems you have experienced will not bear any reflection on our company and the services we provide.

Thank you,

NetSpend
