Hi Ryan, I have seen this same generic response from you to different customer about the same issue. I myself find myself in this same problem where i ordered this cd and I can't cancel all the numbers are busy-all the time. the numbers that I have gotten are: 866-546-2919/866396-5718/866-396-5695/866-396-5694/866-370-7270/866-418-9320/800/546-2919/,which are all busy all the time. How can I cancel if I can't contact you guys. I think that this is so because you guys don't want to be contacted so that you can continue to charge people under the "falsehood" that we are supposed to cancel the subscription during the trial period. Your company is fraudulent and I have since reported you guys to the better business bureau in Nevada. I also have tried to contact you personally at the 435-773-1795 number you provided and have also left a message and via e-mail and I am awaiting a response.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Arthur. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Arthur had he canceled during the trial period.
