Netzero net zero is poor quality Portland Oregon

I tried Netzero and found it to be poor quality. The service was slow and frequently would shut down. the high speed meter would stop at times for up to 5 minutes. It took to long to look up misc. things on the
internet, what should have taken 10-30 seconds would take a min or more. Simple thing like just trying to go to a simple web site.

And during peek hours forget about it you might as well turn off your computer. And after I cancelled my service they charged me $25.00 for turning it off . If they offer an weak procuct they shouldnt charge you a fee. This $25.00 fee they slipt in 30 days after turning it off, and made no mention of a fee to turn it off.

I will never use Netzero again and will advise others to stay away from them.

They were also trouble to turn off they kept trying to sell you things, and would try to set you up on plans that would charge you $4.99 a month for a lesser service with Email forwarding or something.

Please save your money, leave Zetzero alone.
